    Open Reddit inside Sociano

    Sign in through Reddit's official login. Sociano's Reddit rules run during the session, reducing Popular and home-feed surfaces while your communities and search stay available.

    Add native-app blocking (optional)

    If muscle memory keeps opening the Reddit app directly, enable Sociano's native app blocking. It uses Apple's Screen Time framework, so the calm route becomes the default one.

Why Reddit is worth fixing, not quitting

Reddit threads are some of the most useful pages on the internet — real people comparing notes on the exact problem you have. But the app is built to convert “I need one answer” into an open-ended session on Popular.

Removing the feed surfaces keeps the deal you actually want from Reddit: you bring a question or a community, it gives you the thread — and nothing tugs at your sleeve on the way out.
