Before you email
I can still see Reels or Shorts. What should I do?▼
First update Sociano from the App Store, then force quit and reopen the app. If the surface still appears, email contact@sociano.app with the platform, the route you used, and a screenshot so the rules can be adjusted.
A platform looks different or broken.▼
Social platforms change their websites frequently. Because Sociano removes specific distraction surfaces, an update can temporarily affect filters. Force quit and reopen the app first; if it persists, email us the platform, what happened, and screenshots if possible.
I’m having login issues.▼
Login problems are usually caused by platform security checks, two-factor authentication, expired sessions, or account verification prompts. Try force quitting Sociano, signing out and back in, resetting your password, or using another verification method on the platform.
How do I restore my purchase?▼
Open Sociano Settings and use Restore Purchases. This syncs your App Store subscription status with your signed-in Sociano account.
How do I log out or clear app data?▼
Go to Settings, then Clear App Data. This clears sign-in sessions and website data globally or for a selected platform.
