Data Deletion Request.
If you want us to delete your Sociano account data, you can use either method below.
1. In-app deletion (recommended)
In the Sociano app, go to account/settings and use the delete account option.
2. Email deletion request
Send an email to contact@sociano.app from the email address linked to your Sociano account.
If you cannot email from that address, include enough information for us to verify account ownership.
If you want to request a copy of the data we hold about you before deletion, send a separate email to contact@sociano.app with the subject line “Privacy Request”.
What data we delete
When a deletion request is verified and completed, we delete or de-identify data associated with your Sociano account in our systems, including:
- account profile and account state,
- Sociano authentication/session records,
- connected social integrations data stored by Sociano.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required by law or needed for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or compliance purposes.
Identity verification & processing time
Before processing deletion, we verify that the request is made by the account owner.
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Your App Store subscription
Deleting your Sociano account does not cancel a Sociano Pro subscription. Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed through Apple and may require separate cancellation in your Apple account subscriptions settings.
