Provider and acceptance

Sociano is provided by Jan Macura, a Czech sole proprietor (IČO 29561825), at Spojna 617/1, Havirov, Czech Republic. Contact: contact@sociano.app

By using Sociano, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 and comply with applicable law.

Accounts, license, and service

You are responsible for your account and device security and for information you provide.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Sociano on Apple devices you own or control. Sociano and its content remain our property or the property of our licensors.

Sociano provides controls and insights for managing social-platform and device-app use. Some features require Apple Screen Time authorization and operate on your device. Sociano may open third-party services that remain subject to their own terms and policies.

Sociano Pro subscriptions

• Purchases are made through your Apple App Store account. The app shows the price, billing period, included access, and any trial or promotion before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings before renewal.
• If a trial or promotion applies, billing starts when it ends unless you cancel under Apple’s rules.
• Apple handles billing and refund requests, without limiting rights available under mandatory law.
• Future plans or prices may change as permitted by law and Apple’s rules. You may need to sign in to link or restore Pro access across devices.

Acceptable use and privacy

You must not use Sociano unlawfully, infringe another person’s rights, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or abuse subscriptions, promotions, or automated systems.

Availability and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or product reasons and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse Sociano, or create a legal or security risk. You may stop using Sociano and request account deletion at any time. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Consumer rights and liability

Mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty digital services, remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, Sociano is provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by law.

Governing law, changes, and contact

Czech law governs these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections and court rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

For complaints about Sociano, including service defects, contact contact@sociano.app. We will handle complaints and provide remedies as required by applicable consumer law.

Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI). Mandatory court rights remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms, change the date above, and request renewed acceptance when required. Changes do not reduce rights already acquired. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue to apply.
